We at Lowpony Enterprises know you value your privacy and the security of your personal and financial information.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Unfortunately the current version of the software we use on the website requires it, but we're told the next version will make accounts optional. While having an account offers great benefits like Permanent Shopping Cart to save selections for future orders and the ability to have an order shipped to a different address (great for giving gifts), we do understand that some people aren't comfortable with online accounts regardless of how secure the site is.  If you would like to place an order but don't want an account simply continue the order process and create an account. After the order is placed forward the account confirmation email to deleteme@lowpony.com and once your order is completed we will delete your account.

Is your packaging discreet?

Very much so. Discreet to the point of totally boring. Your package will arrive in a USPS box with a very non-descript return address label marked “Shipping Department”.

What will the billing info on my credit card statement say?

It will say Lowpony Enterprises.

Is my financial information safe?

Absolutely! Our shopping cart uses SSL encryption, which means the connection between your computer and our server is encrypted and secure. The connection between our server and the credit card processor is equally secure and none of your financial information is stored on our server, even if you have an account. We do not keep your payment information on file, you must re-enter your credit card or checking information with every order.

What about my personal information?

Also safe! We do not store any of your personal information unless you want us to. If you choose to keep your account with us your name, billing address and contact information are safely locked away on our server. If you choose not to keep your account simply forward the account conformation email to deleteme@lowpony.com. Once your purchase is complete and you have your products in hand your account will be deleted. You will receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships, that is the only time you will hear from us unless you contact us or there is a problem with your order. You can opt in to our monthly email list for product updates and special offers, but that is totally voluntary and is also secure. The mailing list will never be sold or used for any purpose other than the monthly emails.
